Partners

  • Oak Tree Animal Clinic

We are so grateful for our veterinary partners who provide exceptional care to the cats in our rescue. During a time of high burnout, short staffing and increased demand for care, we are even more grateful for their dedication and compassion.

  • HART of Maine

HART is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill, cat-only shelter and adoption center in Cumberland, Maine. They are mostly staffed by a committed group of volunteers who are dedicated to the well-being of the shelter residents. They have a singular commitment to providing superior medical care for the felines at their facility and a proven track record of finding excellent adoptive homes, even for kitties who might be considered harder to place. Purrfect Match has been privileged to enjoy a relationship with HART since 2015.

  • Cat Tales Rescue

Cat Tales is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no kill, cat-only shelter and adoption center in Seabrook, NH. They strive to provide a safe haven for cats in need, providing veterinary care and a healthy, clean, loving environment while they wait for forever homes. Young, old, special needs, angry or scared – Cat Tales believes every cat has a story. After knowing Kelli, the Cat Tales founder/director for many years in her capacity with another New England rescue, we were thrilled when she opened Cat Tales in 2018. By 2019 they were established enough to start accepting transfers of southern kitties and we’ve been honored to make regular transports of our precious feline cargo to them since then.

  • Ten Lives Cat Rescue

TLCR is a 501(c)3 non-profit, foster based cat rescue in Rhode Island. They are committed to saving homeless, abused and abandoned cats by providing veterinary care, rehabilitation services and then placing them into loving adoptive homes. Along with their immediate mission to rescue cats, TLCR is dedicated to educating communities about cat overpopulation and inspiring change.

After knowing Melissa, founder/director for many years in her capacity with another New England rescue, we were ecstatic when she decided to fill a need she recognized in her home state of RI–rescue for forgotten felines–and founded a rescue to do so. She and TLCR are dedicated to helping this underserved segment of the feline population: seniors, the physically and emotionally scarred, the behaviorally challenged, and those who need critical medical care. After operating for several years, TLCR completed the certification necessary to import cats from other states and Purrfect Match has been honored to transport kitties to them since 2021.
